general process.
1. Introduction (free) -
A quick phone call or e-mail exchange to talk about rough budget, space specifications, your general requirements, and how I can help.
2. Initial Consultation (free) -
Meeting on-site to: take measurements (if necessary); assess any existing products you have and if you want to sell anything. We’ll also look at some images to get on the same page in terms of your style. We will review your budget, and I will make my initial suggestions as well as next steps if you choose to work with me.
3. Contract signing -
Based on our conversations and our meetings, I will draw up a detailed contract with deliverables, deadlines, expectations, and pricing.
4. Working Plan -
Once the contract is signed, I will begin working on a plan that will include: an inspiration board; aerial layout options; product budget; initial purchase plan; plan for any sale of existing furniture.
I call this a working plan because I propose different options for products and layouts and these are subject to change. You will receive a digital folder with all these files that you can refer to.
5. Walk Through of Working Plan -
In person or over the phone meeting to go over the working plan. We will sign off on a layout of your choosing, finalize a purchase list. After this meeting I will revise and update the files as discussed and send them to you for confirmation.
6. Purchasing and Delivery
Once confirmed, I will place orders, set up delivery, and assembly (if required) as per our discussions.
7. Coordination and Completion
I will be on-site to coordinate large deliveries, oversee assembly, and organize the space as per the layout, and we will formally sign off the project when all deliverables are complete.
Note -
This work flow is general and not applicable to all projects. The specifics of your project dependent on your requirements and the scope of work we discuss.
